Where, how fast, and what it costs.
Where we ship
Orders ship within the United States to an address on a verified practitioner account, in states where Valeriasupplies that practitioner’s credential. We do not ship directly to patients, to addresses a carrier will not deliver to, or outside the United States.
How fast
Orders ship from Florida by tracked carrier. An order ships once its payment has cleared; orders that clear before 2 PM Eastern on a business day usually leave the same day. Delivery dates are estimates. You receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.
What it costs
Shipping is shown at checkout and is free on merchandise subtotals of $300 or more after discounts.
When it arrives
Please inspect each delivery on arrival. Report any damage, missing or wrong item within five business days of delivery, with photographs and the lot numbers, to admin@valeria.health. See Returns and refunds.
