Supply accounts for
licensed practitioners.
Valeria is open only to licensed healthcare professionals. Before any catalogue detail, price or checkout is shown, every account passes three checks: an NPPES registry match, one piece of identity evidence and a current state licence.
Who can apply
Licensed healthcare professionals with an active individual (Type 1) NPI and a current state licence.
Credentials we review
- MD
- DO
- NP
- PA
- DDS or DMD
- DPM
Eligibility can depend on the state that issued the licence, so it is confirmed for each application, not promised in advance.
One account, one practitioner. Practice staff do not order under a practitioner's sign-in.
The three checks
| Check | What we look at | What you provide |
|---|---|---|
| Registry match | Your NPI resolves in the NPPES registry to an individual record that matches the name and credential on the application. | Your NPI |
| Identity | One piece of evidence that the applicant is the person on the record. | A photo of your current state licence, or practice letterhead |
| Licence | The licence shows as current with the issuing state. | Licence number and issuing state |
The evidence is kept with the decision. Each step shows on your application page.
Your public record is in the NPPES NPI Registry.
How long a review takes
Most reviews complete within two business days of the evidence arriving. If the reviewer needs anything else, the request appears on your application page.
What opens on approval
The catalogue with product names, strengths and lot certificates. The clinic price list, with bulk pricing for larger orders. Cart, checkout, order history, reorder and tracking.
Verified accounts pay by card, wire or Zelle. Nothing ships until payment is received.
Why the catalogue is closed
Valeria is closed by design. Product detail and pricing are shown only to verified accounts; the public site describes how the platform works, and nothing more.
If a licence lapses
Ordering pauses on an account whose licence has expired. Upload the renewed licence to reopen the review. Past orders stay in your account.
Practice records only
An account holds the practitioner, the practice and the order. There are no fields for anyone else's details, and support messages should not include them.
What every practitioner agrees to
Every account accepts the Professional Use Terms and this attestation at application, and again when the terms change.
I certify that I am a licensed healthcare professional purchasing for my own practice, that the NPI and licence on this account are mine and current, that these products are not FDA-approved drugs and are not supplied by a pharmacy or compounding facility, and that I am solely responsible for their lawful handling and use under the laws of my jurisdiction. I accept the Professional Use Terms.
