Valeria collects personal information necessary to provide telehealth services, including: name, contact information, date of birth, medical history, health information, insurance information (if applicable), payment information, and device/usage data. We collect this information when you create an account, complete intake forms, communicate with providers, or interact with our platform.
We use your information to: provide telehealth services and facilitate consultations, process prescriptions and coordinate with pharmacy partners, process payments, communicate with you about your care, improve our platform and services, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in compliance with HIPAA, including: encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, audit logging of all data access, Business Associate Agreements with all vendors, and regular security assessments.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: your assigned healthcare providers, our pharmacy partner (for prescription fulfillment), payment processors (for billing — no health information shared), and as required by law or legal process.
You have the right to: access your health records, request corrections to your information, receive an accounting of disclosures, request restrictions on certain uses, and request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements).
